The Round University Ranking (RUR) is a global university ranking system that evaluates the performance of 1,100 leading universities from 82 countries using 20 unique indicators and 4 main areas of university activities: teaching, research, international diversity, and financial sustainability. All raw data used in the RUR ranking is provided by the international company Thomson Reuters. The RUR rankings cover the period from 2010 to the present. The RUR rankings are designed as an assessment system aimed at providing sufficient information about university performance to address the specific needs of stakeholders, including students, the academic community, university management, and policymakers.
